環(huán)境生態(tài)學(xué):是環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程專業(yè)本科生的三大技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)課程之一,雙語授課,2004年列入哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)優(yōu)秀課程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,使用原版英文教材《Ecology:Concepts and Applications》。課程的核心內(nèi)容包括兩部分,生態(tài)學(xué)基本原理和方法(生態(tài)因子、種群生態(tài)學(xué)、群落生態(tài)學(xué)、生態(tài)系統(tǒng)等)和環(huán)境生態(tài)學(xué)基本任務(wù)及應(yīng)用(生態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)、環(huán)境污染的生態(tài)對(duì)策、生態(tài)修復(fù)等)。目前,生態(tài)學(xué)超越了一門課程的范疇,發(fā)展為一種思想,甚至從微觀到宏觀滲透到不同學(xué)科領(lǐng)域中,并派生出很多新興領(lǐng)域,如經(jīng)濟(jì)生態(tài)學(xué)、工業(yè)生態(tài)學(xué)、生態(tài)工程學(xué)等。因此,對(duì)于環(huán)境專業(yè)本科生而言,學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境生態(tài)學(xué)課程,不僅僅是掌握教材涉及的核心內(nèi)容,更重要的是能夠建立起生態(tài)學(xué)的意識(shí)和概念,運(yùn)用生態(tài)學(xué)原理方法認(rèn)識(shí)人為干擾下環(huán)境生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)在變化規(guī)律、判斷生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的受損程度、提倡環(huán)境系統(tǒng)功能恢復(fù)、重建和保護(hù)的對(duì)策等。

分子生物學(xué)與生物信息學(xué):是環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程學(xué)科博士研究生的選修課,其核心是遺傳學(xué)基礎(chǔ)和基因組信息學(xué),是一門系統(tǒng)闡述環(huán)境生物基因組信息獲取、處理、存儲(chǔ)、分配等內(nèi)容的課程,目的是使學(xué)生了解基因組信息結(jié)構(gòu)的復(fù)雜性及遺傳語言的根本規(guī)律,解釋環(huán)境生物的遺傳語言,為研究環(huán)境基因組學(xué)、功能基因組學(xué)、蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)、系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)等奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。課程還結(jié)合環(huán)境生物學(xué)研究實(shí)例,介紹生物信息學(xué)在生命科學(xué)前沿研究中的重要地位。授課教師:王愛杰、岳秀麗

系統(tǒng)生物學(xué):是環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程學(xué)科和微生物學(xué)研究生的專業(yè)必修課。課程重點(diǎn)介紹如何在系統(tǒng)水平上認(rèn)識(shí)和解析生物學(xué)系統(tǒng),利用何種原理和方法學(xué)來闡釋分子行為與系統(tǒng)特性及功能的關(guān)系,通過何種計(jì)算生物學(xué)方法來定量闡明和預(yù)測(cè)生物的功能、表型及行為,從而揭示系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部各組成成分的相互作用與運(yùn)行規(guī)律,并反映出生物系統(tǒng)的真實(shí)性。課程講授的核心內(nèi)容是基因組學(xué)、轉(zhuǎn)錄組學(xué)學(xué)、代謝物組學(xué)、蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)、相互作用組學(xué)、表型組學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)等。授課教師:邢德峰、王愛杰

現(xiàn)代環(huán)境生物技術(shù):是環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程學(xué)科博士研究生的專業(yè)必修課,采取專題講座形式以雙語授課。課程結(jié)合環(huán)境污染防治中的熱點(diǎn)問題,重點(diǎn)介紹生物技術(shù)原理與方法,環(huán)境污染的監(jiān)測(cè)與診斷,環(huán)境污染的過程與效應(yīng),污染防治的技術(shù)及調(diào)控等,目的是使學(xué)生全面了解生物技術(shù)在環(huán)境污染防治中的重要性,學(xué)會(huì)針對(duì)污染及污染物的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行方法選擇、生物工藝設(shè)計(jì)、生物過程分析等,為從事環(huán)境污染防治的相關(guān)研究奠定專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)。
