基本信息:

    陳忠林,工學(xué)博士,教授/博士生導(dǎo)師,城市水資源與水環(huán)境國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室副主任。主持和參與完成各類課題30余項(xiàng),發(fā)表論文200余篇;獲國家級獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)3項(xiàng), 省部級科技獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)8項(xiàng)。2004年入選教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃,2007年獲國家青年科技獎(jiǎng)。主要研究方向:受污染水的復(fù)合藥劑預(yù)氧化除嗅味污染理論 與技術(shù),氧化助凝理論與技術(shù),低溫低濁水強(qiáng)化混凝理論與技術(shù),催化氧化除污染理論與技術(shù)、飲用水中化學(xué)污染物遷移轉(zhuǎn)化規(guī)律與控制去除技術(shù)。

工作經(jīng)歷:
1983-1987:   畢業(yè)于蘭州大學(xué)化學(xué)專業(yè)獲學(xué)士學(xué)位;
1987-1990:   畢業(yè)于蘭州大學(xué)化學(xué)學(xué)科獲碩士學(xué)位;
1993-1997:   畢業(yè)于哈爾濱建筑大學(xué)市政工程學(xué)科獲博士學(xué)位;
1998-2000:   中國科學(xué)院生態(tài)環(huán)境研究中心環(huán)境化學(xué)學(xué)科博士后;
1990-1993:   哈爾濱建筑工程學(xué)院市政環(huán)境工程系助教;
1993-1996:   哈爾濱建筑大學(xué)市政環(huán)境工程學(xué)院講師;
1996-2000:   哈爾濱建筑大學(xué)市政環(huán)境工程學(xué)院副教授;

研究方向:
從事受污染水的化學(xué)處理科研教學(xué)工作,在受污染水的復(fù)合藥劑預(yù)氧化除嗅味污染理論與技術(shù)、氧化助凝理論與技術(shù)、低溫低濁水強(qiáng)化混凝理論與技術(shù)、催化氧化除污染理論與技術(shù)等方面形成了具有鮮明特色的研究方向。

        陳忠林博士,男,教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。城市水資源與水環(huán)境國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室副主任,哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)宜興環(huán)保研究院副院長,哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)市政環(huán)境工程學(xué)院實(shí)驗(yàn)中心主任。主要研究方向?yàn)轱嬘盟谢瘜W(xué)污染物遷移轉(zhuǎn)化規(guī)律與控制去除技術(shù),主持和參與完成各類課題30余項(xiàng),獲國家發(fā)明二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)、國家科技進(jìn)步三等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)、省部級科技獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)8項(xiàng)。在Environmental Science & Technology, Water Research, Applied Catalysis B: Environmental等國內(nèi)外期刊上發(fā)表科技論文200余篇,指導(dǎo)碩士博士研究生70余名。1996年獲寶鋼教育基金優(yōu)秀教師獎(jiǎng),2004年入選教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃,2006年獲黑龍江省出青年科技創(chuàng)新獎(jiǎng),2006-2007年赴澳大利亞科挺科技大學(xué)做訪問教授,2007年獲中國青年科技獎(jiǎng),2008年評為黑龍江省優(yōu)秀中青年專家。

主要研究方向:

從事受污染水的化學(xué)處理科研教學(xué)工作,在受污染水的復(fù)合藥劑預(yù)氧化除嗅味污染理論與技術(shù)、氧化助凝理論與技術(shù)、低溫低濁水強(qiáng)化混凝理論與技術(shù)、催化氧化除污染理論與技術(shù)、安全消毒與消毒副產(chǎn)物控制理論與技術(shù)、水處理新材料制備及應(yīng)用理論與技術(shù)等方面形成了具有鮮明特色的研究方向。

  1. 預(yù)氧化除污染理論與技術(shù)。開展預(yù)氧化、復(fù)合預(yù)氧化工藝除污染效能與機(jī)理的基礎(chǔ)研究;進(jìn)行復(fù)合預(yù)氧化除污染藥劑、工藝技術(shù)的開發(fā)與工程推廣應(yīng)用研究。
  2. 強(qiáng)化混凝理論與技術(shù)。開展各種新型混凝劑、復(fù)合藥劑的制備表征及強(qiáng)化混凝凈水效能與機(jī)理研究;進(jìn)行聚合無機(jī)高分子混凝劑等新型凈水藥劑的研發(fā)與工程推廣應(yīng)用研究。
  3. 催化氧化/還原除污染理論與技術(shù)。開展除污染催化劑的制備、表征及除污染效能與機(jī)理研究;進(jìn)行催化氧化/還原除污染新工藝技術(shù)開發(fā)與工程推廣應(yīng)用。
  4. 安全消毒與消毒副產(chǎn)物控制理論與技術(shù)。開展新型消毒副產(chǎn)物形成機(jī)理與控制方法研究;進(jìn)行各種組合消毒新工藝技術(shù)的優(yōu)化研發(fā)與工程推廣應(yīng)用研究。
  5. 水處理新材料制備及應(yīng)用理論與技術(shù)。開展水處理吸附材料、膜材料等的制備、表征及除污染效能與機(jī)理研究;進(jìn)行各種水處理新材料的開發(fā)與工程推廣應(yīng)用研究。
  6. 水環(huán)境重金屬污染防治理論與技術(shù)。開展水環(huán)境中重金屬污染的無毒化、穩(wěn)定化、資源化效能與機(jī)理研究;進(jìn)行水環(huán)境中重金屬污染的無毒化、穩(wěn)定化、資源化技術(shù)的開發(fā)與工程推廣應(yīng)用研究。
