招收具有電子科學(xué)與技術(shù)、材料、生物、物理、機(jī)械電子、化學(xué)等背景的碩士和博士研究生、博士后。

Prof. Dr. Yafei Zhang is the Chang Jiang Chair Professor of the Department of Miro/Nano Electronics, School of Electronics, Information and Electrical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He was obtained his S.B., S.M. and Ph.D. degrees in semiconductor physics and devices from Lanzhou University in 1994.
Zhang is the Editor-in-Chief of Nano-Micro Letters, Academician of Asia Pacific Academy of Materials, and Senior Member of IEEE. He has authored 234 papers (Totally Cited by 7007, h-index 43), 4 books and over 40 authorized patents. He has been invited to deliver 20 invited keynote speeches in international conferences or institutions.
