張亞非，男，漢族，教授/博士，亞太材料科學(xué)院院士,長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者特聘教授，SCI期刊《Nano-Micro Letters》主編,薄膜與微細(xì)技術(shù)教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任，上海市領(lǐng)軍人才，優(yōu)秀留學(xué)回國(guó)人員。發(fā)表SCI學(xué)術(shù)論文200多篇，被引用4000余次，其中多篇被選為封面論文，撰寫(xiě)高影響力的專(zhuān)業(yè)著作： 已獲授權(quán)國(guó)際發(fā)明專(zhuān)利2項(xiàng)，中國(guó)發(fā)明專(zhuān)利51項(xiàng)，已轉(zhuǎn)讓和授權(quán)專(zhuān)利多項(xiàng)，承擔(dān)和完成973、863、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目等，曾獲2014年上海市自然科學(xué)二等獎(jiǎng)、上海市優(yōu)秀博士論文導(dǎo)師；2011年上海市發(fā)明金獎(jiǎng)；2010年國(guó)家百篇優(yōu)秀博士論文導(dǎo)師；2007年中國(guó)教育部自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)； 2005年國(guó)家自然科學(xué)二等獎(jiǎng)。

Prof. Dr. Yafei Zhang is the Chang Jiang Chair Professor of the Department of Miro/Nano Electronics, School of Electronics, Information and Electrical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He was obtained his S.B., S.M. and Ph.D. degrees in semiconductor physics and devices from Lanzhou University in 1994.
Zhang is the Editor-in-Chief of Nano-Micro Letters, Academician of Asia Pacific Academy of Materials, and Senior Member of IEEE. He has authored 234 papers (Totally Cited by 7007, h-index 43), 4 books and over 40 authorized patents. He has been invited to deliver 20 invited keynote speeches in international conferences or institutions.
