人物經(jīng)歷


 
畢永紅,2004年在中國(guó)科學(xué)院水生生物研究所獲水生生物學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2009年至2010年在德國(guó)環(huán)境健康研究中心以訪問(wèn)學(xué)者的身份開展Yangtze Project (BMBF, 02WT1130)的合作研究。主要研究方向?yàn)樗蛏鷳B(tài)學(xué)、藻類生理生態(tài)學(xué)、水體污染修復(fù)。先后承擔(dān)科研任務(wù)30余項(xiàng),發(fā)表研究論文100余篇,其中SCI論文50余篇,獲得國(guó)家授權(quán)發(fā)明專利10項(xiàng),參編(譯)專著3部。 [1]

研究方向

1. 藻類群落及其對(duì)不同干擾的響應(yīng)和適應(yīng)機(jī)制:探討藻類群落對(duì)物理干擾(流速流量改變、水位波動(dòng)等)、化學(xué)干擾(營(yíng)養(yǎng)加富、酸雨等)、生物干擾(魚類放流、捕食壓力等)等的響應(yīng)與生態(tài)適應(yīng)機(jī)制。
2. 藻類生物多樣性:將傳統(tǒng)分類鑒定手段與宏基因組等分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)相結(jié)合,從形態(tài)多樣性、遺傳多樣性、功能多樣性等方面了解不同水體藻類多樣性的時(shí)空格局,認(rèn)識(shí)環(huán)境過(guò)濾作用下藻類群落的適應(yīng)機(jī)制及其參與生物地化循環(huán)能力的差異,據(jù)此了解水域生態(tài)系統(tǒng)生態(tài)服務(wù)功能的差異。
3. 應(yīng)用藻類學(xué):在藻類生物量和初級(jí)生產(chǎn)力調(diào)控方面,開展水華防控和生態(tài)環(huán)境治理技術(shù)的研發(fā),探索低成本高效率的適用技術(shù),推動(dòng)相關(guān)核心技術(shù)的產(chǎn)業(yè)化 [1]
