  徐耀陽(yáng) 中國(guó)科學(xué)院率先行動(dòng)“百人計(jì)劃”青年項(xiàng)目入選者。2016年1月回國(guó)任中國(guó)科學(xué)院城市環(huán)境研究所研究員、博士研究生導(dǎo)師、水環(huán)境與流域生態(tài)研究組組長(zhǎng)。在國(guó)內(nèi)外求學(xué)和工作期間,先后致力于探索生態(tài)學(xué)基本原理(同/異步性、共現(xiàn)性、種群增長(zhǎng)和最小因子定律等)在流域水環(huán)境過(guò)程、藻類(lèi)生物能源可持續(xù)性和氣候變化湖泊適應(yīng)性等領(lǐng)域的研究應(yīng)用。近期的研究興趣是,在流域尺度上初步開(kāi)展城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程和氣候變化耦合驅(qū)動(dòng)下水環(huán)境長(zhǎng)期觀測(cè)模擬、受損機(jī)制解析、健康途徑構(gòu)建和適應(yīng)性管理研究。
