研究內容:
環(huán)境微生物資源挖掘及高效功能微生物菌種選育;微生物強化有機固廢定向生物轉化技術;多組學分析有機固廢生物轉化過程中物質結構變化規(guī)律與微生物代謝調控作用機制。
研究成果展示
構建了適用于有機廢棄物處理和污染物降解的環(huán)境微生物菌種庫,并將功能微生物成功應用于餐廚垃圾高溫好氧生物減量、農業(yè)廢棄物高溫堆肥發(fā)酵、畜禽養(yǎng)殖廢水生化處理、鹽堿地改良等領域,利用(宏)組學技術解析了有機固廢生物轉化過程中微生物群落演替規(guī)律、微生物代謝特征及產物定向調控機制。主持國家自然科學基金、國家重點研發(fā)計劃課題、中國科學院、上海市科委、中科院-福建STS項目等50余項,發(fā)表論文120余篇,申請專利50余項。
