梅清清,湖北黃岡人,浙江大學(xué)環(huán)境與資源學(xué)院“百人計(jì)劃”研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師,牛頓國(guó)際學(xué)者。2017年博士畢業(yè)于中國(guó)科學(xué)院化學(xué)研究所,師從韓布興院士;2018年進(jìn)入英國(guó)曼徹斯特大學(xué)從事博士后研究工作,并獲得英國(guó)皇家學(xué)會(huì)授予的牛頓國(guó)際獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金(當(dāng)年全球僅授予58人);2021年全職加入浙江大學(xué)環(huán)境與資源學(xué)院,擔(dān)任“百人計(jì)劃”研究員。長(zhǎng)期從事生物質(zhì)廢棄物定向催化轉(zhuǎn)化與資源化的前沿研究,開(kāi)發(fā)了多條生物質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化新路線,特別是在木質(zhì)素的高選擇轉(zhuǎn)化研究中取得了重大突破,提出一種特定基團(tuán)優(yōu)先轉(zhuǎn)化策略,實(shí)現(xiàn)了將木質(zhì)素轉(zhuǎn)化為單一產(chǎn)物。在Sci. Adv., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.等權(quán)威期刊上發(fā)表SCI論文30余篇。
課題組專注于有機(jī)固體廢棄物(生物質(zhì)、廢塑料等)資源化,開(kāi)發(fā)高效有機(jī)固廢定向轉(zhuǎn)化方法替代化石資源制備高附加值化學(xué)品,挖掘有機(jī)固廢作為功能材料在環(huán)境污染治理方面的應(yīng)用潛力。實(shí)現(xiàn)變廢為寶、消除污染、物質(zhì)循環(huán)、價(jià)值升華,為建立健全綠色低碳循環(huán)發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)體系做貢獻(xiàn),助力我國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)碳中和重要戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。因科研工作需要,現(xiàn)面向國(guó)內(nèi)外公開(kāi)招聘博士后2-3名、科研助理2名、2022年博士1名(普博或直博均可)。熱忱歡迎化學(xué)(催化、有機(jī))、材料、環(huán)境、生物等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)秀人才加盟,共創(chuàng)碳中和的美好明天!

三、工作待遇
1.工資及福利待遇按浙江大學(xué)博士后相關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行,20-30萬(wàn)元人民幣,一人一議,課題組依據(jù)工作績(jī)效另提供科研獎(jiǎng)勵(lì);
2.博士后進(jìn)站工作2年及以上,可申報(bào)浙江大學(xué)高級(jí)專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)資格;
