簡歷:
環(huán)境生物化學學科組組長,博士,研究員,博士生導師。1982年于武漢大學生物系生物化學專業(yè)畢業(yè)之后到湖北省化學研究所從事漆酶研究。1985至1988年在華中農業(yè)大學攻讀碩士學位,主要探討重金屬污染對植物活性氧代謝酶系統(tǒng)的影響,隨后到中國科學院水生生物研究所工作,自此努力將生態(tài)酶學的理論與方法引入水污染生物學,曾先后主持所長擇優(yōu)基金、淡水生態(tài)與生物技術國家重點實驗室基金與國家自然科學基金等項目的研究,1993年5月至1994年8月應邀赴美國堪薩斯州立大學進行工作訪問,1998年在中國科學院水生生物研究所獲博士學位,導師為劉建康院士。1999年獲中國科學院“青年科學家小組”基金項目資助,近年來以生態(tài)酶學為要點切入中國科學院知識創(chuàng)新工程重大項目、973基礎研究、國家自然科學基金重點項目以及國家“十五”、 “十一五”、 “十二五”重大科技專項等重大項目,同時與捷克科學院水生生物研究所、丹麥哥本哈根大學、俄羅斯科學院動物研究所、意大利國家研究理事會海岸研究所、烏克蘭科學院南海生物研究所、匈牙利布達佩斯技術與經濟大學、波蘭羅茲大學應用生態(tài)學系、波蘭科學院自然保護研究所、保加利亞漁業(yè)資源研究所、斯洛文尼亞約瑟夫斯蒂芬研究所、韓國先進科技學院等研究機構進行廣泛的交流與合作,聚焦于環(huán)境生物地球化學研究,系統(tǒng)融合了分子生物學、微生物學、生物化學、湖沼學、環(huán)境科學的理論和方法,構建了生態(tài)酶學的理論體系,闡明了湖泊富營養(yǎng)化過程中氮與磷循環(huán)的偶聯(lián)途徑,揭示了沉積物有機質富集與分解對湖泊富營養(yǎng)化和藍藻水華的反饋機制,并據(jù)此開發(fā)生態(tài)技術且將其應用于湖泊修復的實踐。已在《Hydrobiologia》、 《Arch. Hydrobiologia》、 《Aquaculture》、《European Journal of Phycology》、《Journal of Applied Phycology》、《Water, Air and Soil Pollution》、《Research in Microbiology》、《Water Research》、《Bioresource Technology》、《Microbiological Research》、《Geomicrobiology Journal》、《Science of the Total Environment》等學術刊物上發(fā)表論文百余篇,其中五十余篇被SCI收錄,SCI 引用450 余次。
