男，1973年9月生，博士，中國科學院水生生物研究所研究員，博士生導師。

2004年獲中科院水生生物研究所環(huán)境科學專業(yè)理學博士學位。1999年德國科隆大學、奧地利維也納農業(yè)大學訪問學者，2001年日本大阪國際湖泊環(huán)境研究中心訪問學者，2005年世界環(huán)境博覽會青年科學家成員。

從事人工濕地和水體修復方面科學研究及工程應用工作。先后主持國家自然科學基金，國家“十五”、“十一五”、“十二五”水專項，國家“十二五”農村領域科技支撐計劃，湖北省杰出青年基金，湖北省、武漢市科技攻關，武漢市晨光計劃等各級科研課題20余項。參加國家杰出青年基金、歐盟重大國際科技合作、中科院創(chuàng)新重要方向性項目等近30項。

獲2011年湖北省技術發(fā)明一等獎（第2），2009年國家科技進步二等獎（第5），2007年湖北省科技進步一等獎（第9），2007年武漢市科技進步獎一等獎（第5），2004年國家環(huán)�？偩汁h(huán)境保護科學技術獎三等獎（第4），2002年湖北省科技進步二等獎（第6）。先后獲中國環(huán)境科學學會“青年科技獎”、“優(yōu)秀環(huán)境科技工作者獎”、“優(yōu)秀學會工作者獎”等個人獎勵和榮譽。發(fā)表學術論文170余篇，其中，第一作者或通訊作者論文53篇；參與編寫專著2本，人工濕地施工質量驗收標準1項；獲得國家專利14項，另有5項受理中。
