擔任揮發(fā)性有機物污染治理技術(shù)與裝備國家工程實驗室負責人,廣東省大氣環(huán)境與污染控制重點實驗室、廣東省環(huán)境風險防控與應急處置工程技術(shù)研究中心以及大氣污染控制廣東省高校工程研究中心等科研平臺主任等;中國環(huán)境科學學會常務理事,揮發(fā)性有機物污染與防治專業(yè)委員會常務副主任兼秘書長;中國稀土學會催化專業(yè)委員會、中國化學會催化專業(yè)委員會,以及中國勘察設計環(huán)保工程專業(yè)專家委員會、中國能源學會專家委員會等委員。
研究方向:
大氣污染控制領域,主要是揮發(fā)性有機物(VOCs)減排控制政策研究;VOCs排放特征、排放清單及其反應活性究;VOCs、機動車排氣、室內(nèi)空氣污染控制技術(shù)研究與開發(fā);VOCs的非熱等離子體及催化凈化技術(shù)研發(fā)等。
承擔項目:
主持VOCs和細粒子(PM2.5)的減排政策研究、基礎理論研究和技術(shù)開發(fā)領域的研究課題40余項,包括國家環(huán)保公益項目1項,國家“863計劃”課題2項,NSFC-廣東省聯(lián)合基金1項、國家自然科學基金面上項目3項,國家環(huán)保部項目8項,廣東省重大科技專項2項等。
學術(shù)成果:
主講本科、碩士生學位課程3門和其它課程4門,其中本科課程《Air Pollution Control Engineering/大氣污染控制工程》為第一批校級精品課程;共培養(yǎng)博士和碩士研究生100余名(已畢業(yè)博士8名,碩士70余名)以及青年教師8名。
發(fā)表論文300余篇,其中在Atmos.Environ.;J.Mater.Chem.; J.Mol.Catal.,A; Chem. Eng. J等發(fā)表SCI論文200余篇。申請中國專利22件,含16件發(fā)明專利(8件已獲授權(quán))和6件實用新型專利。研發(fā)了VOCs多種吸附和催化功能材料,蓄熱(催化)燃燒技術(shù)等,開發(fā)的VOCs控制成套技術(shù)和裝備達到國際先進水平,推廣應用100多套,獲得中國專利優(yōu)秀獎1項和廣東省科技獎二等獎2項。開發(fā)的治理技術(shù)在全球最大的電子垃圾拆解基地廢氣整治工程中成功應用。完成科技成果鑒定共6項。建有80余個廢氣治理工程。編寫《新化工詞典(環(huán)境與環(huán)境化工部分)》(主編)、《環(huán)?破諈矔——VOCs污染防治知識問答》(主編)等書4本;負責編撰廣東省地方標準4項(3項完成,1項在編)和國家標準2項(在編)。長期服務于國家、地方及(化工)園區(qū)VOCs污染治理。參與大氣污染防治“國十條”、國家環(huán)境保護“十二五”規(guī)劃研究、重點區(qū)域“十二五”規(guī)劃和“十三五”總量控制規(guī)劃等國家重要政策的研究與制訂;服務于G20峰會、廣州亞運等國家重大事件的空氣質(zhì)量保障并獲得表彰。
中國科學院生態(tài)環(huán)境研究中心、清華大學、北京大學、中國環(huán)境科學研究院、國家環(huán)保部華南環(huán)境科學研究所、中國科學院院廣州地化所、中山大學等單位的同行專家一致評價葉代啟教授領導的學術(shù)團隊的科研水平、研發(fā)能力處于廣東省領先地位,在國內(nèi)外亦有較大的影響。
