摘要:- 深圳市上南水廠對排泥水進(jìn)行了減量化處理,新建了調(diào)節(jié)池、污泥濃縮池、平衡池、污泥脫水設(shè)備、污泥料倉。工程投入運(yùn)行后,脫水污泥含水率降至80.27%,排泥水回用可節(jié)水1 465 m3/d。實(shí)際運(yùn)行發(fā)現(xiàn),污泥處理效果受排泥水有機(jī)質(zhì)含量和水量的變化影響很大,中小型水廠的排泥水處理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與運(yùn)行要充分考慮該特點(diǎn)。
Abstract:- New regulating tank, sludge concentration tank, balance tank, sludge dewatering equipment, and sludge sump were built and put into operation in Shangnan waterworks in Shenzhen. After dewatering, the moisture content of the sludge was decreased to 80.27%, and the reuse of water after desliming saved 1 465 m3/d of water resources. During actual operation, it was found that the effect of sludge treatment was greatly affected by the organic matter content and water quantity of the discharged sludge water, which should be taken into consideration for the design and operation of the sludge water treatment system for small and medium sized waterworks.
