摘要
利用中試規(guī)模的人工濕地對污泥進(jìn)行了為期4 a的生態(tài)穩(wěn)定化處理。系統(tǒng)占地80 m 2,填料層厚度為0.6 m,超高0.5 m,濕地植物選用蘆葦。系統(tǒng)前2 a為污泥負(fù)荷期,后2 a自然穩(wěn)定期。進(jìn)泥TS、VS、含水率分別為平均22.34 g/L、7.76 g/L和97%,污泥負(fù)荷平均0.691 kg(TS)/m 2·d。在第1 a的系統(tǒng)調(diào)整期內(nèi),滲濾液COD去除率在60%~80%;而第2 aCOD去除率低于第1 a,為40%~50%;出水COD在100~200 mg/L之間。在負(fù)荷期內(nèi),隨著運(yùn)行時間的延長,也即隨著污泥積存厚度的增加,滲濾液透過積泥層的時間變化不定,即滲濾液并非均勻下滲,而是部分滲濾液優(yōu)先沿阻力最小的植物莖壁、根系以及積存污泥中大的孔隙向下流動。在第3 a和第4 a的自然穩(wěn)定期內(nèi),污泥脫水較為充分,含水率分別降至平均34.3%和30.5%;污泥有機(jī)質(zhì)含量分別降至平均16.8%和10.24%;穩(wěn)定化污泥的全氮和全磷含量分別為平均0.98%和0.27%。對比發(fā)現(xiàn),系統(tǒng)內(nèi)植物量和植物營養(yǎng)成分都比野生植物高。
Abstract
Pilot scale sewage sludge ecological stabilization system was conducted for sludge dewatering,mineralization and stabilization.The study was performed from 2005 to 2008 on a bed with a total area of 80 m 2.Influent total solid,volatile solid and water content were averaged 22.34 g/L,7.76 g/L and 97%.Sludge loading rate was averaged 0.691 kg(TS)/m 2·d.The first two years were sludge loading period and the other two years were natural stabilization period.The percolate COD removals ranged from 60%~80% in the first year,and from 40%~50% in the second year,with 100~200 mg/L of effluent COD concentration.During the first two years,the percolate did not filtrate downwards evenly.Part of percolate filtrated downwards along stems,roots and cracks existing in dried sludge which had lower flow resistance.During the natural stabilization periods,sludge water contents decreased to 34.3% and 30.5%,and organic matter contents decreased to 16.8% and 10.24% in the third and forth years,individually.Total nitrogen and total phosphorus contents of stabilized sludge were averaged to 0.98% and 0.27%.It was found that plant biomass and nutrient components in the system were higher than that of native ones.
