摘要:某淀粉糖生產企業(yè)污水處理站的臭氣治理工程處理規(guī)模為8 000 m3/h。針對其臭氣成分復雜、濃度高的特點,對臭源采用碳鋼骨架+氟碳纖膜的方式進行加罩收集,并采用堿洗+生物過濾的組合工藝對臭氣進行處理。結果顯示,該組合工藝處理效率高、效果穩(wěn)定,對硫化氫、氨氣、臭氣濃度的去除率分別達到99%、99%和98%以上,處理后排放的氣體滿足《惡臭污染物排放標準》(GB 14554—1993)。該工程投資費用和運行成本低,可為同類高濃度臭氣治理工程設計和實施提供參考。
Abstract:The odor treatment project of wastewater treatment station in a starch sugar industrial production enterprise has a treatment capacity of 8 000 m3/h. According to the characteristics of complex odor composition and high odor concentration, the odor source is collected by mean of carbon steel skeleton & fluorocarbon fiber membrane. A combined process of alkaline washing & biofilter was applied to treat the odor. The results show that the combined process has high efficiency and stable effect. The removal rates of H2S, NH3 and odor concentration are more than 99%, 99% and 98%, respectively. The emissions could meet Emission Standards for Odor Pollutants (GB 14554-1993). The project has low investment and the operation cost, which could provide reference for the design and implementation of similar high concentration odor project.
