摘要:光伏廢水具有NO3--N、氟含量高的特點(diǎn)。江蘇某光伏廢水處理工程為改建項(xiàng)目,設(shè)計(jì)處理規(guī)模為6 000 m3/d,出水水質(zhì)要求達(dá)到《電池工業(yè)污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 30484—2013)的間接排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。原有處理工藝無法滿足排放要求,此次采用二級(jí)除氟+反硝化顆粒污泥+A/O工藝進(jìn)行改建,總投資為2 150 萬元,運(yùn)行費(fèi)用(25.2 元/m3)比改造前降低20%。該工程自調(diào)試運(yùn)行以來,處理效果良好,出水水質(zhì)穩(wěn)定達(dá)到排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Abstract:Photovoltaic wastewater has characteristics of high nitrates and fluorine content. A photovoltaic wastewater treatment project in Jiangsu Province in China is a reconstruction project with the design capacity of 6 000 m3/d, and its effluent is required to meet the indirect discharge criteria in Emission Standard of Pollutants for Battery Industry (GB 30484-2013). The original process couldnot meet the discharge requirements, so the process of secondary defluorination, denitrifying granular sludge and A/O is adopted for reconstruction. The total investment is 21.5 million yuan and the operating cost is 25.2 yuan/m3, which is 20% lower than before. Since commissioning, the performance of reconstructed project is good and the effluent quality stably meets the discharge standard requirements.
