摘要:- 鑒于城市合流制排水系統(tǒng)本身的復(fù)雜性,以及我國(guó)不同城市和地區(qū)發(fā)展過程中由于歷史和人為原因、政策導(dǎo)向等因素的綜合影響,我國(guó)城市合流制及相關(guān)排水系統(tǒng)呈現(xiàn)出極其復(fù)雜的特征;趯(duì)我國(guó)城市合流制排水系統(tǒng)問題的長(zhǎng)期觀察與思考,結(jié)合對(duì)多個(gè)城市近年來合流制排水系統(tǒng)改造與溢流控制的跟蹤調(diào)研與項(xiàng)目實(shí)施經(jīng)歷,對(duì)城市合流制及其相關(guān)的代表性排水系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分類梳理,綜合分析政策法規(guī)、規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、綜合建設(shè)管理水平和城市改造等外部條件對(duì)合流制及相關(guān)排水系統(tǒng)的復(fù)合性影響,提出我國(guó)城市合流制排水系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜性和多樣性、溢流問題的特殊嚴(yán)重性、各地改造條件顯著差異性的主要特征。
Abstract:- Considering of the complexity of combined sewer system, China’s Combined Sewer System (CSS) and its related other sewer systems presented obviously diverse characteristics and implementation difficulties, which were caused by continued compound effects of various city’s CSO control policy, natural condition and historical sewers physical form. Based on longterm tracking research on the implementation situation and strategy transition in different Chinese CSO control pilot cities, the classification of typical CSSs and its related sewer systems was concluded, and the influencing factors of CSSs which were effected by CSO control policy, criterion, guideline and cities’ management level were analyzed. Finally, the characteristics of China’s CSS on sewer system diversity, overflow pollution seriousness, and regional differences were proposed.
