摘要:- 茅洲河流域水環(huán)境綜合整治是全國(guó)第一個(gè)以流域水環(huán)境綜合治理為任務(wù)的工程項(xiàng)目,以流域統(tǒng)籌、系統(tǒng)治理為核心理念,制定了“織網(wǎng)成片、正本清源、理水梳岸、尋水溯源”四步走的流域統(tǒng)籌治理技術(shù)路線。詳細(xì)介紹了茅洲河流域治理技術(shù)具體的實(shí)施內(nèi)容及效果,可為全國(guó)跨界河流水環(huán)境綜合整治提供可復(fù)制可推廣的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Abstract:-
Maozhou River comprehensive improvement of water environment, which is the first comprehensive treatment project of water environment in China, persisted in the core idea of watershed overall planning and systematic management. The technical route of the project was divided into four steps:“web-weaving in district, wastewater collection from source, regulating both the water and bank, tracing the water source”. The paper introduced the concrete implementation content and effect of Maozhou River water environment comprehensive improvement, and provided a replicable and generalizable experience for the comprehensive improvement of the nationwide crossboundary river water environment.
