基于改造的濃縮帶式壓榨過濾機用于污泥深度脫水的試驗研究

摘 要 無錫市水務集團有限公司下屬某污水處理廠采用“污泥均質(zhì)池+濃縮帶式壓榨過濾機”的污泥處理工藝將污泥含水率降至80%后外運處置。針對該工藝產(chǎn)出的泥餅含水率高、泥餅重量大等問題,對其中一臺進行深度脫水改造試驗研究。改造過程不涉及土建問題,并充分利用了現(xiàn)狀脫水機的壓榨段,聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)投加系統(tǒng),污泥投加系統(tǒng)等。新增的帶式壓榨過濾機與現(xiàn)有壓榨段對接方便、快速,并能在較短工期內(nèi)完成設備的拆舊、新設備的安裝及改造后污泥脫水系統(tǒng)的調(diào)試運行。改造后污泥脫水系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)出的泥餅含水率可下降1~2個百分點。通過將鐵鹽投加改性,污泥可被深度脫水至含水率71%~73%,減量約30%,污泥減量效果顯著。經(jīng)成本分析,雖然投加鐵鹽會增加藥劑成本,但可大幅減少污泥處置成本,從長遠來看具有很大的經(jīng)濟效益。

Pilot Study of A Modified Thickening Belt Press Filter Based on Modification for Deep Sludge Dewatering

Abstract One wastewater treatment plant under Wuxi Water Group Co., Ltd. adopts the sludge treatment process of “sludge homogenization tank + thickening belt press filter” to reduce the water content of sludge to 80% and then transport it for disposal. Aiming at the problems of high water content and large weight of sludge cake produced by this process, one of the machines was subjected to a deep dewatering modification pilot study. The modification process does not involve any civil construction problems, and makes full use of the press section of the existing dewatering machine, the polyacrylamide (PAM) dosing system, and the sludge dosing system. The new belt press filter and the existing press section can be connected easily and quickly, and the dismantling of the equipment, the installation of the new equipment and the commissioning of the retrofitted sludge dewatering system can be completed within a short working period. The water content of the sludge cake produced by the modified sludge dewatering system can be reduced by 1~2 percentage points. By modifying the sludge with iron salt, the sludge can be deeply dewatered to a water content of 71%~73%, with a reduction of about 30%, which is a significant effect of sludge reduction. After cost analysis, although the addition of iron salts will increase the cost of pharmaceuticals, it can significantly reduce the cost of sludge transportation, which has great economic benefits in the long run.
