China Economic Consulting Corporation (CECC) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the China Center for International Economic Exchanges (CCIEE) that succeeded CCIEE’s consulting department. CECC is the exclusive consulting arm of CCIEE, one of China’s first think tanks with former Vice Premier of the State Council Zeng Peiyan serving as the chairman and with a primary mandate to advise the CPC Central Committee and the State Council.
