摘要:茅洲河流域高密度建成區(qū)人口密度大、交通密度大、建筑密集,化糞池存在破損、老化、規(guī)模不足及缺乏管養(yǎng)等問題。本工程協(xié)同各部門統(tǒng)一行動,對片區(qū)內31 447座化糞池進行普查與修復整治。對清掏前、清掏后、整治后三階段進行核查,實現(xiàn)化糞池信息統(tǒng)計與修復監(jiān)督,根據(jù)高密度建成區(qū)環(huán)境條件,選擇“吸污車”或“一體化糞便處理車”清掏,采用“脫水-壓餅-焚燒”方式處理糞渣,對于存在缺陷的化糞池進行修復或翻建,工程完成后交由管養(yǎng)單位統(tǒng)一養(yǎng)護管理。本工程實現(xiàn)了“管理、實施與養(yǎng)護”三階段的統(tǒng)一開展,并根據(jù)高密度建成區(qū)的特點制定了相應修復方案,可為后續(xù)工程實施提供借鑒。
Abstract:The high-density built-up area of Maozhou River basin is characterized by high population, traffic and architecture density, which cause some problems to the septic tanks, such as wear-out, aging, inadequate scale and lack of maintenance. This project collaborated different departments for unified management to survey, repair and renovate 31 447 septic tanks within the built-up area. The septic tanks were inspected in three stages before, after cleaning, and after renovation, to accomplish information statistics and repair supervision. There were two cleaning approaches, including by suction-type sewer scavenger or by integrated feces treatment facility, depending on environmental conditions of the high-density built-up area. The feces were processed by dehydration, pressing and incineration. The defective septic tanks were repaired or rebuilt. After the completion of the project, the septic tanks were entrusted to the maintenance unit for unified management. The project realized unified management of three stages, including management, implementation, and maintenance. Meanwhile, a renovation plan was formulated in accordance with characteristics of the high-density built-up area, which can provide reference for the implementation of follow-up projects.
