硫自養(yǎng)并聯(lián)異氧深床反硝化濾池+臭氧氧化+高效沉淀池工藝在某工業(yè)園污水處理廠提標(biāo)改造中的應(yīng)用

摘 要:將硫自養(yǎng)并聯(lián)異氧深床反硝化濾池+臭氧氧化應(yīng)用于某工業(yè)園污水處理廠提標(biāo)改造工程中,工程建成運(yùn)行一段時(shí)間,運(yùn)行效果良好,對(duì)COD、TN具有良好的去除效果。改造后出水COD平均下降13.2mg/L,平均TN下降6.65mg/L,硫自養(yǎng)反硝化濾池比改造前下降9.42 mg/L。

Abstract:The sulfur-based autotrophic denitrification parallel connect the deep bed isooxide denitrification filter + ozone oxidation were applied to the standard transformation project of a sewage treatment plant in an industrial park, and the project is completed and operated for a period of time, the operation effect is good, and it has a good removal effect on COD, TN and SS.After the transformation, the average COD of the effluent decreased by 13.2 mg/L, the average TN decreased by 6.65 mg/L, and the sulfur self-contained denitrification filter decreased by 9.42 mg/L compared with before the transformation.

1、工程概況
山東某工業(yè)園污水處理廠,工程設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模為6萬m3/d,主要處理石油化工、印染、紡織等工業(yè)廢水,原出水設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 18918-2002),采用粗格柵提升泵站+細(xì)格柵曝氣沉砂池+水解酸化+氧化溝(多級(jí)A/O)+二沉池+二次提升泵站+高效沉淀池+濾布濾池+次氯酸鈉消毒池工藝,提標(biāo)改造工程二次提升后采用硫自養(yǎng)并聯(lián)異氧深床反硝化濾池+臭氧氧化工藝,提標(biāo)改造后出水水質(zhì)COD、NH3-N、TP達(dá)到《地表水環(huán)境質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 3838-2002)Ⅳ類標(biāo)準(zhǔn),TN達(dá)到12mg/L。設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)水水質(zhì)和出水水質(zhì)見表1:
