摘要:隨著國家和地方排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的日趨嚴(yán)格,我國城鎮(zhèn)生活污水處理廠的提標(biāo)改造迫在眉睫。以預(yù)處理節(jié)省和擴(kuò)展碳源、二級處理強(qiáng)化脫氮除磷、深度處理氮磷達(dá)標(biāo)為目標(biāo),從預(yù)處理、二級處理、深度處理三個方面總結(jié)分析了碳氮磷提標(biāo)改造的核心技術(shù)原理及應(yīng)用效果,并認(rèn)為目前主體工藝的優(yōu)化加深度處理是保障城鎮(zhèn)污水穩(wěn)定達(dá)標(biāo)的首選,提出了適合我國城鎮(zhèn)生活污水處理廠提標(biāo)改造技術(shù)的優(yōu)選路線。
Abstract:It has become a national and local trend to formulate strict discharge standards. Accordingly, it is extremely urgent to upgrade and reconstruct the urban domestic sewage treatment plants in China. The aims of this work included reducing the requirement of carbon source and enlarging the sources of carbon by pretreatment, strengthening nitrogen and phosphorus removal by secondary treatment, and reaching the standard of nitrogen and phosphorus by advanced treatment. From the aspects of pretreatment, secondary treatment and advanced treatment, we summarized and analyzed the core technology principles and practical outcomes on the upgrading of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus removal. It is preferred to optimize the main process and advanced treatment, which could ensure the stability of urban sewage to meet the discharge standards. We further proposed an optimal route, which is suitable for the upgrading and reconstruction of urban domestic sewage treatment plants in China.
