煙臺市套子灣污水處理廠污泥消化系統(tǒng)采用單級中溫厭氧消化工藝，在長期閑置后進(jìn)行整改、啟動和調(diào)試，并正式運(yùn)行，實(shí)現(xiàn)了污泥的減量化、無害化處理。介紹了厭氧消化系統(tǒng)工藝流程，著重分析了項(xiàng)目啟動前的土建、工藝、消防等設(shè)施的整改工作、調(diào)試進(jìn)程及運(yùn)行效果，并提出了運(yùn)行中需要注意的安全、堵塞等問題。

A single-stage, mesophilic anaerobic digestion process is adopted in the sludge digestion system at the Taoziwan WWTP in Yantai City. After idle for a long period, it underwent rectification, commissioning, and official operation, achieving sludge reduction and harmless treatment. The process flow of the anaerobic digestion system was introduced, focusing on the analysis of construction, process and firefighting rectification before the start of the project, the commissioning process and the operation effect. The safety, blocking and other issues that need attention in the operation were put forward.
