摘要:- 在污泥深度脫水系統(tǒng)工藝選擇時,由于要求污泥含水率在60%以下,較多采用板框壓濾機,而板框壓濾機由于體積大,在全地下污水處理廠中的應用具有一定的局限性。介紹了西北地區(qū)首座全地下污水處理廠的污泥深度脫水工藝設(shè)備原理和特點,對脫水車間的平面和豎向布置、工藝特點、能耗及運行成本等進行了分析,總結(jié)了兩段式污泥深度脫水工藝的特點和適用工況,可為類似項目的設(shè)計提供參考。
Abstract:- In the selection of sludge deep dewatering process, the plate and frame filter press is mostly used because the water content is required to be below 60%. However, due to its large footprint, its application in underground wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) has some limitations. This paper introduces the principle and characteristics of the sludge deep dewatering process equipment in the first underground WWTP in northwest China, analyzes the plane and vertical layout, process properties, energy consumption and operation cost of the dewatering workshop, and summarizes the characteristics and applicable conditions of the two-stage sludge deep dewatering process, which could provide reference for the design of similar projects.
