摘要:- 鑒于不同城市在發(fā)展過程中可能存在被迫調(diào)整污水系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃格局的情況,以福州濱海新城核心區(qū)為例,研究新城區(qū)污水系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃建設(shè)的構(gòu)建要點(diǎn)。新城區(qū)污水系統(tǒng)應(yīng)同步規(guī)劃建設(shè)管理,堅(jiān)持分流制排水體制,配套完善的規(guī)劃及高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)管理要求;采取集中與分散相結(jié)合的污水處理廠建設(shè)模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)最大化的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境效益;規(guī)劃建設(shè)污水雙干管系統(tǒng),保障污水輸送安全;因地制宜建設(shè)地下式污水處理廠,與周圍環(huán)境和諧共生;推動(dòng)污水管網(wǎng)成系統(tǒng)、成片區(qū)建設(shè),確保污水納管路由。通過規(guī)劃建設(shè)要素的構(gòu)建,期待新城區(qū)污水系統(tǒng)不再重走老路,保障城市健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
Abstract:- Since many cities were forced to adjust sewage system in the process of development, the construction of sewage system in Binhai New Area was studied, and the related suggestions were given. The planning, constructing and management of sewage system should be carried out simultaneously. It is effective to stick the separate drainage system, improve supporting planning and keep high-standard management. Moreover, the construction model combined with centralization and decentralization wastewater treatment plant was adopted, which maximized the economic and environmental benefits. In addition, the double-main sewage system was developed to ensure the safety of transportation. Furthermore, we found that the underground sewage treatment plant must suit to local conditions and the sewer network should be built systematically to ensure sewage pipeline routing. Through the construction of planning and construction elements, the work may provide an important reference for guiding the construction of sewage system in new urban area, so as to ensure the health and stable development of the city.
