摘要:- 隨著人們生活水平的日益提高,直飲水已成為大家關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。從自來(lái)水水源水質(zhì)、自來(lái)水處理工藝、國(guó)家飲用水水質(zhì)基準(zhǔn),以及供水管網(wǎng)和衛(wèi)生管理等四個(gè)方面對(duì)中日兩國(guó)的情況進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)對(duì)比。結(jié)果顯示: ①我國(guó)的自來(lái)水水源水質(zhì)與日本存在較大差距;②我國(guó)的自來(lái)水處理工藝和日本差別不大,均以常規(guī)水處理工藝為主,但我國(guó)整體較差的飲用水源水質(zhì)亟需建立現(xiàn)代化的深度水處理工藝;③我國(guó)的飲用水水質(zhì)基準(zhǔn)已與國(guó)際接軌,和日本無(wú)本質(zhì)差別,但我國(guó)水質(zhì)基準(zhǔn)的制定應(yīng)考慮經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不平衡的地域性差異;④日本對(duì)自來(lái)水管網(wǎng)和二次衛(wèi)生管理極為嚴(yán)格和規(guī)范,這是保證日本自來(lái)水能夠直飲的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)。
Abstract:- With the improvement of people’s living standard, more attentions have been paid to direct drinking water. A comprehensive comparison between China and Japan was performed in four aspects including quality of source water, drinking water treatment process, drinking water standard, drinking water pipe and management. Four conclusions were obtained as follows: ①Compared to Japan, the drinking water source quality of China is relatively poor and needs to be greatly improved; ②Conventional drinking water treatment processes are the main type in both China and Japan. While, the advanced drinking water treatment processes are urgently to be constructed in China due to the relative poor water source; ③Although little difference exists between China and Japan in drinking water quality standards, establishing drinking water quality standard in China should be based on the regional difference due to the unequal economic development; ④Management and supervising for drinking water distribution is very strict and standard, which is an important factor to guarantee high quality drinking water.
