- 在天津天獅大學(xué)校外配套污水泵站及管網(wǎng)工程設(shè)計(jì)中,針對(duì)三個(gè)收水范圍末端污水管線高程無(wú)法銜接、泵站建設(shè)區(qū)域有限、污水量變化較大等情況,通過(guò)方案比選后采用了多個(gè)一體化預(yù)制泵站并聯(lián)的形式提升污水至污水廠。泵站控制設(shè)計(jì)中,在泵站出水端及交匯節(jié)點(diǎn)處設(shè)置了壓力傳感器,實(shí)現(xiàn)了多個(gè)變頻潛污泵協(xié)同調(diào)節(jié)控制,從而克服了壓力污水管網(wǎng)中壓力不平衡問(wèn)題,順利實(shí)現(xiàn)了同時(shí)排出多個(gè)區(qū)域污水的目的。
- Abstract:
- For the design of sewage pumping station and pipe network project outside Tianshi University in Tianjin, the following conditions need to be considered: the elevation of the sewage pipeline at the end of the three water collection ranges cannot be connected, the construction area of the pumping station is limited, and the sewage volume changes greatly. After the comparison and selection on the proposed plans, several integrated prefabricated pumping stations are used in parallel to lift sewage to sewage treatment plant. For the design on the control of the pumping station, pressure sensors are set at the outlet and intersection of the pumping station to realize the coordination control of frequency conversion submersible sewage pumps. It overcomes the problem of pressure imbalance in the pressure sewage pipe network, and smoothly realizes the purpose of simultaneously discharging sewage from multiple areas.
