摘要:- 水環(huán)境治理是生態(tài)文明建設的重要內容,國內經過多年的探索、實踐和總結,流域污染治理的思路也不斷進行調整、修正和優(yōu)化。針對水環(huán)境污染這個最大的環(huán)境問題,深圳市積極推進“廠-網-河-城”全要素治理模式,通過廠網聯動、河網聯動、上下游聯動、市政水務設施聯動等實現全流域、全要素治理,取得了良好效果。以深圳河流域為例,介紹了“廠-網-河-城”全要素治理理念,通過全要素現狀評估和污染負荷評估,針對各要素提出對策措施,為國內其他城市流域污染治理提供參考和借鑒。
Abstract:- Water environment control is an important part of the construction of ecological civilization. After years of exploration, practice and summary, the ideas of river basin pollution control have been constantly adjusted, revised and optimized. In view of the biggest environmental problem of water environmental pollution, Shenzhen has actively promoted the whole factor control model of “plant, network, river and city”, and achieved good results through plant-network linkage, river-network linkage, upstream and downstream linkage, municipal water facilities linkage and so on. Taking the Shenzhen River basin as an example, the concept of “plant,network,river and city” whole factor management was introduced. Through the assessment of the factor status and the pollution load, countermeasures were proposed for each factor, so as to provide reference for pollution control in other cities in China.
