摘 要:為尋找適合巢湖流域的污泥處理處置方式及滿足廢棄礦區(qū)土壤修復(fù)對(duì)有機(jī)改良基質(zhì)的需求,將巢湖市崗嶺污水廠脫水污泥、好氧發(fā)酵污泥和厭氧消化污泥分別與巢湖市大黃山廢棄礦區(qū)土壤按照一定比例混勻進(jìn)行盆栽試驗(yàn),研究不同方式處理污泥添加對(duì)廢棄礦區(qū)土壤的基本理化性質(zhì)及微生物特性的影響。結(jié)果表明:不同方式處理污泥均可以明顯提高廢棄礦區(qū)土壤的有機(jī)質(zhì)和氮磷養(yǎng)分含量;pH值有不同程度的降低;電導(dǎo)率EC值均明顯增加,但仍低于植物正常生長限值;同時(shí)可以增加土壤微生物量碳氮含量,促進(jìn)脫氫酶、轉(zhuǎn)化酶、磷酸酶和脲酶的活性。說明三種污泥對(duì)廢棄礦區(qū)土壤質(zhì)量具有不同程度的改善,以好氧發(fā)酵污泥的改良效果最佳。 關(guān)鍵詞:巢湖流域,穩(wěn)定化污泥,廢棄礦區(qū)土壤,微生物特性 中圖分類號(hào):X705 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A |
Effects of Addition of Treated Sludge with Different Methods on Microorganisms in Abandoned Mining Areas Soil |

Abstract:In order to find suitable treatment and disposal methods of sludge and meet the demand of organic improvement matrix for abandoned mining areas soil remediation in Chaohu Lake Basin,apot experiment was conducted to mix the dewatered sludge, aerobic fermentation sludge and anaerobic digestion sludge of Chaohu Gangling Sewage Treatment Plant with the Chaohu Dahuangshan abandoned mining area soil in accordance with a certain proportion, the effects of adding sludge treated by different methods on basic physical and chemical properties and microbial characteristics of abandoned mining areas soil were studied,The results show that: the organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients contents of abandoned mining soil can be significantly increased by adding sludge which treated by different ways;the pH values decrease in varying degrees;thevalues of conductivity increased significantly,but it is still below the normal growth limit of plants;at the same time, it can increase soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen contents, and can promote the activities of dehydrogenase, invertase, phosphatase and urease.Andthe results show that the abandoned mining areasoil quality are improved by three kinds of sludge in varying degrees,aerobic fermentation sludge has the best improvement effect.
