摘要
4種不同質(zhì)量等級的污泥顆粒在100~200 ℃下進(jìn)行恒溫干燥實驗.結(jié)果表明,污泥干燥過程包括不穩(wěn)定加熱階段、恒速干燥階段、第一降速干燥階段、第二降速干燥階段4個階段.在100~120 ℃時,污泥為弱強(qiáng)度干燥,臨界含水質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)受溫度和顆粒大小影響不明顯;在140~200℃時為高強(qiáng)度干燥,臨界含水質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)隨溫度升高或顆粒變大而增大.污泥干燥速率不僅取決于溫度,還取決于污泥顆粒表面單位面積上實際用于蒸發(fā)水分的熱量;減小污泥顆粒不僅可以增大比表面積,而且可以提高單位面積的干燥速率;而污泥的干燥時間與溫度呈二次方關(guān)系,與污泥的表面積呈線性關(guān)系.

Abstract:
Four different weight grades of sludge granules were dried at constant temperature of 100~200 ℃. Results showed that sludge drying process included four periods: preheating period, constant rate drying period, the first falling rate drying period and the second falling rate drying period. Sludge drying process was a weak intensity drying process at 100~120 ℃, and critical moisture mass fraction was constant. It was a high intensity drying process at 140~200 ℃, and critical moisture mass fraction increased with the drying temperature or granule size increasing. The drying rate was affected with drying temperature and the quantity of water evaporating heat in a unit surface area. Reduction of granule size can increase specific surface area and drying rate in a unit surface area. There were a quadratic nonlinear relationship between drying time and temperature, and a linear relationship between drying time and sludge surface area.
