摘要:隨著污水處理市場(chǎng)的快速發(fā)展,城市污泥的產(chǎn)量也在逐年增加,為了實(shí)現(xiàn)污泥的減量、穩(wěn)定、無(wú)害及資源化利用,近年來(lái)污泥炭化技術(shù)愈來(lái)愈多的應(yīng)用在工程案例中。本文主要闡述了污泥炭化過(guò)程中,隨著溫度的變化,在各階段產(chǎn)生不同污泥產(chǎn)物;污泥中不同有機(jī)質(zhì)成分發(fā)生熱解反應(yīng)所對(duì)應(yīng)的溫度條件;炭化爐體長(zhǎng)度對(duì)炭化反應(yīng)溫度的影響;以及熱源選擇分析。

Time & Temperature Research of Municipal Sludge and the Analysis about Carbonization Technology

Abstract: With the development of waste water treatment market, the production of municipal sludge is increasing year by year. In order to achieve the sludge reduction 、stabilization、harmless and resource utilization, sludge carbonization technology is becoming more and more applications in engineering cases. This paper describes about municipal sludge in carbonization process, such as different sludge products are produced at different stages with the change of temperature; the temperature conditions corresponding to pyrolysis reaction of different organic matter components in sludge; the influence of the length of carbonization furnace on the carbonization reaction temperature; and the selection analysis about heat source.
