中國(guó)瑞林繼承了南昌院的全部業(yè)務(wù)和無(wú)形資產(chǎn)，設(shè)計(jì)咨詢(xún)、總承包、環(huán)評(píng)、監(jiān)理業(yè)務(wù)通過(guò)了質(zhì)量、環(huán)境和職業(yè)健康安全管理體系認(rèn)證，使用項(xiàng)目管理信息系統(tǒng)、三維設(shè)計(jì)等先進(jìn)的設(shè)計(jì)及管理工具。
中國(guó)瑞林業(yè)務(wù)遍布中國(guó)以及澳大利亞、加拿大、阿爾及利亞等國(guó)家，在智利等設(shè)有分支機(jī)構(gòu)。

China Nerin Engineering Co., Ltd. (NERIN) is reformed from the predecesor Nanchang Engineering and Research Institute of Nonferrous Metals as approved by the People's Government of Jiangxi Province in 2007. Its shareholders are China Nonferrous Metal Industry's Foreign Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. (NFC), the State-owned Assets Supervision & Administration Commission of Jiangxi Province (SASAC, Jiangxi), Sinosteel Corporation and key managerial and technical personnel of NERIN.
NERIN has carried on all of the business and intangible assets of the Predecesor. The engineering and consultation, general contracting, EIA and construction supervision business have been accredited with quality, environment and occupational health and safety management system qualifications. Project management information system and advanced engineering management tools such as 3D design are used at work.
The business of NERIN spreads over China and Australia, Canada, Algeria and other countries. NERIN has its subsidiaries in Chile, etc.
