摘要:針對九江市琵琶湖由于周邊工廠企業(yè)和居民生活排污造成的底泥污染問題,提出了生態(tài)清淤、消除黑臭水體、景觀綠化美化的綜合解決方案,即檢測剖析底泥污染特征→科學(xué)決策清淤深度和范圍→優(yōu)化清淤方式和設(shè)備→營造景觀、處置底泥→綜合評價工程效果。琵琶湖清淤底泥通過減量化與穩(wěn)定化處理后,浸出毒性滿足《危險廢物鑒別標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 浸出毒性鑒別》(GB 5085.3—2007)要求;淤泥脫水的余水經(jīng)過處理后滿足《污水綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 8978—1996)的二級標(biāo)準(zhǔn),減輕了施工排水對湖水水質(zhì)的影響;生態(tài)清淤工程施工后湖水水質(zhì)顯著提升。
Abstract:In view of the sediment pollution caused by sewage from surrounding factories, enterprises and residents in Pipa Lake, Jiujiang, this study puts forward a comprehensive solution of ecological dredging, black and odorous water elimination, and landscaping. Based on detection and analysis of the sediment pollution characteristics, the depth and scope of dredging is determined scientifically. Then the dredging methods and equipment are optimized to create landscape and dispose sediment. Finally the project effect is comprehensively evaluated. The extraction toxicity of the dredged bottom sludge after reduction and stabilization, meets the requirements of the Identification Standards for Hazardous Wastes—Identification for Extraction Toxicity (GB 5085.3-2007). The remaining water after sludge dewatering meets the second level criteria in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996). The project alleviates the impact of construction drainage on the lake water quality. After the construction of ecological dredging project, the lake water quality has been significantly improved.
