摘要:針對晚期垃圾滲濾液可生化性差、碳氮比大幅度降低等問題,采用生物轉(zhuǎn)盤—兩級A/O—MBR工藝處理廣東某填埋場晚期垃圾滲濾液,重點考察了組合工藝的處理效能。監(jiān)測期間,組合工藝對COD的平均去除率為57.20%,對NH4+-N的平均去除率為98.90%,對TN的平均去除率為95.47%。高通量測序結(jié)果顯示,在門水平上變形菌門(Proteobacteria)為最優(yōu)勢菌門,在活性污泥與生物轉(zhuǎn)盤盤片上生物膜中的相對豐度分別為36.56%、62.50%?衫猛饧犹荚醇状歼M(jìn)行反硝化的菌屬unclassified_f__Methylophilaceae與Hyphomicrobium在活性污泥與生物膜中的相對豐度分別為17.05%、23.11%與4.78%、12.22%。

The experiment focused on the treatment efficiency of the combined process for mature landfill leachate.
