摘要:- 雄安新區(qū)孝義河是白洋淀八條入淀河流之一,為保證白洋淀水質(zhì),實(shí)施孝義河河口濕地水質(zhì)凈化工程,工程設(shè)計(jì)處理規(guī)模為20×104 m3/d,采用“前置沉淀生態(tài)塘+潛流濕地+表流濕地+沉水植物塘”組合處理工藝,工程建成后將成為國(guó)內(nèi)第二大水平潛流濕地。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范和設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)預(yù)測(cè),當(dāng)濕地來水滿足《地表水環(huán)境質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 3838—2002)Ⅳ類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí),冬季TP去除率≥30%;當(dāng)來水滿足Ⅴ類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí),出水水質(zhì)滿足Ⅳ類標(biāo)準(zhǔn);當(dāng)來水劣于Ⅴ類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí),冬季TP去除率≥30%,其他主要超標(biāo)污染物去除率≥20%。工程總占地為1.98 km2,建設(shè)成本約2 150 元/m3,處理成本約0.098 元/m3。
Abstract:- Xiaoyi River in Xiongan New Area is one of the eight rivers flowing into Baiyang Lake. In order to purify water in Xiaoyi River, the river estuary constructed wetland project was constructed, the treatment capacity of which was 20 ×104 m3/d. The treatment process was combined by “pre-precipitation ecological pond + subsurface wetland + surface wetland + submerged plant pond ”, the project would become the second largest horizontal subsurface wetland in China. Prediction based on design specification and engineering experience, if the wetland inflow could meet the class Ⅳ standard of Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water (GB 3838-2002), total phosphorus(TP) removal would be required not lower than 30% in winter; if the inflow could meet the class Ⅴ standard, the effluent should meet the class Ⅳ standard;if the inflow quality is worse than the class Ⅴ standard, TP removal should be above 30% in winter, and the other major over-standard pollutants removal ought to be more than 20%. The area of this project was 1.98 km2, the construction cost of this project was 2 150 yuan/m3, and the operation cost was 0.098 yuan/m3.
