南方某污水處理廠提標(biāo)改造后,排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)從一級B提高至一級A標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和廣東省地標(biāo)兩者之嚴(yán)者?偟钡、總磷的排放值分別比原標(biāo)準(zhǔn)降低了25%、37.5%、50%,而該廠提標(biāo)后的主體工藝仍然為改良 AAO氧化溝,這對污水處理廠的運(yùn)行管理提出很大挑戰(zhàn)。通過污泥硝化速率分析,總氮、總磷成分檢測,精確加藥,跌水復(fù)氧分析及改造等措施優(yōu)化工藝運(yùn)行后,運(yùn)行效率明顯提升,在確保水質(zhì)穩(wěn)定達(dá)標(biāo)的同時,節(jié)約了生產(chǎn)成本,對同類污水處理廠的工藝優(yōu)化改造具有一定的參考意義。
Abstract:-
The discharge standard of a wastewater treatment plant after upgrading was raised from the national first level B to level A and the local standard of Guangdong Province. The new discharge limits on total nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus, were 25%, 37.5% and 50% lower than those of the original standard. The main process was still AAO oxidation ditch after upgrading, which posed a great challenge to the operation and management. The process operation was optimized by analysis of sludge nitrification rate, total nitrogen and total phosphorus composition, accurate chemicals addition, fall re oxygenation, and etc.
