摘要:- 污泥焚燒作為目前污水處理廠后期產(chǎn)物污泥的一種主流處理工藝，可實現(xiàn)污泥最徹底的減量化。污泥焚燒工藝復雜，涉及人身、設備和環(huán)境等多方面的安全性，其焚燒系統(tǒng)的保護控制尤為重要。以白龍港污泥處理處置二期工程鼓泡流化床污泥焚燒爐的保護控制為研究對象，對其主要的保護控制進行分析和總結，建立了幾大保護邏輯關系，提出了合理的保護控制優(yōu)化建議，并通過調(diào)試來驗證相關保護定值的合理性，以期提高污泥焚燒系統(tǒng)的運行安全性和可靠性。
Abstract:- Incineration is wildly used for treating sewage sludge because of its considerable reduction in volume. Sludge incineration is complex and involves the safety of equipment, life, and also environment, which make the protection control of the incineration system especially important. The protection control of the bubbling fluidized bed (BFB) boiler in Bailonggang sludge treatment and disposal phase Ⅱ project is introduced including analysis of the protection control principle, establishment of serval logic relationship and proposal of some reasonable suggestions. Meanwhile, the reasonability of default values was verified by commissioning, so as to improve the safety and reliability of the sludge incineration system.
