摘要:- 潮州某污水處理廠原規(guī)模為10×104 m3/d, 采用A/O機(jī)械曝氣氧化溝工藝,出水標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 18918—2002)一級B標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。提標(biāo)擴(kuò)容工程在不新增用地及不停產(chǎn)的條件下,將出水標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提升至一級A標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和廣東省地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《水污染物排放限值》(DB 44/26—2001)第二時段一級排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中較嚴(yán)值,并將規(guī)模擴(kuò)建至15×104 m3/d。提標(biāo)改造工程在原A/O機(jī)械曝氣氧化溝基礎(chǔ)上新增曝氣生物濾池+反硝化深床濾池的深度處理工藝,擴(kuò)容工程采用A/A/O-MBR+紫外消毒處理工藝。實際運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明,提標(biāo)擴(kuò)容工程運(yùn)行良好,出水水質(zhì)穩(wěn)定達(dá)標(biāo)。
Abstract:- The original treatment capacity of a WWTP in Chaozhou is 10×104 m3/d, adopting A/O mechanical aeration oxidation ditch process, and the effluent standard is the first level B standard in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002). Under the condition of no new land usage and no production stopping, the standard of effluent should be raised to the stricter value between the first level A standard (GB 18918-2002)and the first level discharge standard in the second period of the local standard of Guangdong Province Discharge Limits of Water Pollutants(DB 44/26-2001), and the scale should be expanded to 15×104 m3/d. The advanced treatment process of biological aerated filter + denitrification deep bed filter was added on the basis of the original A/O mechanical aeration oxidation ditch in the upgrading project, and the A/A/O-MBR + UV disinfection process was adopted in the expansion project. The actual operation results showed that the operation of the project was good and the effluent quality was stable.
