摘要:- 保障城市排水安全是海綿城市建設(shè)的重要內(nèi)容之一。寧波慈城新城建設(shè)尊重自然本底，探索可持續(xù)發(fā)展建設(shè)路徑，科學(xué)構(gòu)建了“源頭減排-過(guò)程控制-末端調(diào)蓄”的排水防澇系統(tǒng)。通過(guò)道路及河道生物滯留帶布置，以及新建項(xiàng)目的年徑流總量控制率管控，實(shí)現(xiàn)了源頭徑流削峰減量。針對(duì)20年一遇的內(nèi)澇防治標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，通過(guò)合理的豎向組織及中心湖生態(tài)調(diào)蓄空間的建設(shè)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了新城片區(qū)超標(biāo)徑流蓄排平衡，降雨期間大大減小了城市下游的排水壓力，保障了城市排水安全。
Abstract:- To ensure the safety of urban drainage is one of the important contents of sponge city construction. Based on the natural background, Ningbo Cicheng New Town explores the construction path of sustainable development, and scientifically constructs the drainage and waterlogging prevention system of “source emission reduction, process control, as well as end regulation and storage”. Through the layout of road and channel bioretention zone, as well as the control of total annual runoff of new projects, the peak source runoff was reduced. According to the 20-year flood control standard, through reasonable vertical organization and the construction of ecological storage space of the central lake, the balance of excess runoff storage and drainage was realized. The downstream drainage pressure during rainfall was greatly reduced, and the urban drainage safety was guaranteed.
