摘 要:針對(duì)黃河中游原水中泥沙難以分離的問(wèn)題,開(kāi)發(fā)了HPS高效澄清池技術(shù),并進(jìn)行了中試研究。結(jié)果表明,不管是含沙量為2. 85~10. 96 kg/m^3、濁度為2 000~9 000 NTU的黃河原水,亦或是含沙量為30~90 kg/m^3、濁度為11 700~26 500 NTU的模擬超高濁度原水,HPS高效澄清池對(duì)其濁度的去除率均接近100%,出水濁度均穩(wěn)定在10 NTU以下;另外,HPS高效澄清池對(duì)黃河原水中的CODMn也有一定的去除作用,平均去除率為40. 9%。混凝劑投加量隨黃河原水濁度的升高而增加,但HPS高效澄清池排出的泥沙中未檢測(cè)到藥劑殘留物;在原水含沙量<60 kg/m3的條件下,排泥耗水率隨含沙量的增加而增加,但均在25%以下,滿足引水工程的設(shè)計(jì)要求。HPS efficient clarifier technology was established and a pilot-scale study was conducted to solve the problem of difficult separation of silt in raw water of the middle Yellow River. The results showed that the removal rates of turbidity by HPS efficient clarifier were nearly 100% and the effluent turbidity was all stably below 10 NTU, whether silt concentration and turbidity of the raw water was 2.85 - 10.96 kg/m3 and 2 000 - 9 000 NTU, or silt concentration and turbidity of the simulated extremely high-turbidity water was 30 - 90 kg/m^3 and 11 700 - 26 500 NTU. In addition, HPS efficient clarifier al- so had a certain removal effect on COD-n in the raw water, and the average removal rate was 40.9%. Dosage of coagulant rose with the increase of the turbidity in the raw water. However, no chemicals residue was tested in the discharged sludge of HPS efficient clarifier. When the silt concentration of the influent was below 60 kg/m3, water consumption rate of discharged sludge rose with the increase of silt concentration. However, the water consumption rate was always less than 25 %, which could meet the need of design requirements of diversion works.
