- 采用厭氧/好氧/好氧/厭氧(AOOA)中試系統(tǒng)處理老齡垃圾滲濾液,通過控制DO在0.1~0.5 mg/L等條件成功實(shí)現(xiàn)了短程硝化反硝化。在低溶解氧和堿度充足的條件下, O1池的NO-2-N積累率穩(wěn)定在90%以上,系統(tǒng)對(duì)NH+4-N和TN的去除率分別高于95%和66.5%,有效解決了老齡垃圾滲濾液的脫氮難題。在控制溶解氧為0.3~0.5 mg/L的條件下,O1池進(jìn)行亞硝化的限制條件是實(shí)際水力停留時(shí)間(AHRT),宜控制在13.9 h以上。在正常運(yùn)行階段,A1池中的優(yōu)勢(shì)菌種為反硝化菌,而O1池的優(yōu)勢(shì)菌為AOB。此外,O1/O2池實(shí)現(xiàn)了NO-2-N的積累,并在一定程度上形成了同步亞硝化反硝化(SND)體系。
- Abstract:
- A pilot-scale anaerobic/oxic/oxic/anaerobic (AOOA) process was applied for treatment of mature landfill leachate, and partial nitrification and denitrification was achieved by controlling the dissolved oxygen (DO) to a low value of 0.1-0.5 mg/L. Under the condition of low dissolved oxygen and sufficient alkalinity, the nitrite accumulation rate in the first aerobic reactor(O1)was stably above 90%, and the removal rate of ammonium and total nitrogen of the whole process was higher than 95% and 66.5% respectively, which indicated that AOOA process could effectively solve the difficult problem of nitrogen removal in landfill leachate. The limiting factor of partial nitrification of O1 was the actual hydraulic retention time (AHRT) and should be controlled above 13.9 h under the condition of DO of 0.3-0.5 mg/L. In the normal operation stage, the dominant bacteria in the first anaerobic reactor (A1) were denitrifying bacteria, while the dominant bacteria in the O1 were ammoniaoxidizing bacteria (AOB). In addition, nitrite accumulation was realized in O1/O2, and simultaneous partial nitrification and denitrification (SND) was formed to a certain extent.
