簡析離心脫水干燥一體化技術的原理及應用

摘要：污泥熱干化的處理方式是實現(xiàn)污泥減量化、無害化、穩(wěn)定化的一種重要手段。簡析一種自行研制的以臥螺離心機技術為核心的污泥離心脫水干燥一體化系統(tǒng)，介紹其技術原理、工藝流程和優(yōu)勢，并介紹國內(nèi)已投入使用的項目應用情況。

Abstract: The treatment of heat drying of sludge is an important means to realize sludge reduction, harmless and stabilization. A new system combined dewatering and drying of wastewater sludge with decanter centrifuge as core part was introduced. The technical principle, process flow of centridry process and the application situation of the projects that have been put into use in Chinawere systematically introduced.
