具體要求：①給排水工程專業(yè)，大學本科及以上學歷，高級工程師，年齡在35-61歲，男性，身體健康，形象較好；
②10年以上環(huán)保給排水水處理技術的設計和開發(fā)工作經驗，或具有同等職位工作經驗（特別優(yōu)秀者條件可適當放寬）；
③應具有很強的超前創(chuàng)新意識和新產品研發(fā)能力、較強的語言表達和組織協調能力、解決疑難問題能力、熟練使用辦公軟件及CAD繪圖等相關軟件；
④必須具備團隊合作精神，要求應聘者人品良好，有很好的職業(yè)道德。
崗位職責：1、組織研發(fā)新產品、消化吸收國內外相關最新前沿技術、主持公司對外各種技術談判、管理公司技術團隊；
2、參與施工圖的審核會商；
3、參與項目招投標的技術支持、審核招標投標文件；
4、組織編制和修訂各項工藝、技術規(guī)范、科研報告、工程技術方案，并對其進行有效控制，負責編審產品技術試驗大綱，對定型產品的工藝和外形創(chuàng)新；主持公司內各項技術會議；
5、完成總經理安排的其他各項工作任務；
