具體要求：①給排水工程專(zhuān)業(yè)，大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷，高級(jí)工程師，年齡在35-61歲，男性，身體健康，形象較好；
②10年以上環(huán)保給排水水處理技術(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)和開(kāi)發(fā)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，或具有同等職位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)（特別優(yōu)秀者條件可適當(dāng)放寬）；
③應(yīng)具有很強(qiáng)的超前創(chuàng)新意識(shí)和新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)能力、較強(qiáng)的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力、解決疑難問(wèn)題能力、熟練使用辦公軟件及CAD繪圖等相關(guān)軟件；
④必須具備團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，要求應(yīng)聘者人品良好，有很好的職業(yè)道德。
崗位職責(zé)：1、組織研發(fā)新產(chǎn)品、消化吸收國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)最新前沿技術(shù)、主持公司對(duì)外各種技術(shù)談判、管理公司技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)；
2、參與施工圖的審核會(huì)商；
3、參與項(xiàng)目招投標(biāo)的技術(shù)支持、審核招標(biāo)投標(biāo)文件；
4、組織編制和修訂各項(xiàng)工藝、技術(shù)規(guī)范、科研報(bào)告、工程技術(shù)方案，并對(duì)其進(jìn)行有效控制，負(fù)責(zé)編審產(chǎn)品技術(shù)試驗(yàn)大綱，對(duì)定型產(chǎn)品的工藝和外形創(chuàng)新；主持公司內(nèi)各項(xiàng)技術(shù)會(huì)議；
5、完成總經(jīng)理安排的其他各項(xiàng)工作任務(wù)；
