摘要:- 化工企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中不可避免地產(chǎn)生大量生化剩余污泥,相較于市政剩余污泥,此類(lèi)污泥含有更多的有機(jī)物,更加難處理。為此,
利用自主研發(fā)的剩余污泥穩(wěn)定化處理技術(shù),對(duì)華南某化工廠的生化剩余污泥開(kāi)展工業(yè)側(cè)線試驗(yàn),取得了較好的效果。在穩(wěn)定劑/MLVSS=0.70、反應(yīng)溫度為175 ℃、反應(yīng)時(shí)間為2 h的最佳處理?xiàng)l件下,化工生化剩余污泥的穩(wěn)定化率可達(dá)到66%以上,減量率達(dá)到98.9%以上,泥餅含水率在60%以下;污泥脫水液pH呈中性,BOD5/COD在0.3以上,屬于易生化處理的污水,且該股水量較少,可直接送至污水廠進(jìn)行處理。
Abstract:- Chemical enterprises inevitably produce a large amount of biochemical excess sludge in the production process. Compared with municipal excess sludge, this kind of sludge contains more organic matter and is more difficult to treat. Therefore, the industrial sidestream test of biochemical excess sludge from a chemical plant in South China was carried out and good results were obtained by using the self-developed excess sludge stabilization technology. Under the optimal treatment conditions as follows: stabilizer to MLVSS ratio of 0.70, reaction temperature of 175 ℃ and reaction time of 2 h, the stabilization rate of the excess sludge was more than 66%, the reduction rate was more than 98.9%, and the moisture content of the mud cake was less than 60%. The pH of sludge dewatering liquid was neutral, and BOD5/COD was above 0.3, indicating that the sludge dewatering liquid was easily biodegradable. In addition, the volume of the sludge dewatering liquid was small, which could be directly discharged to the wastewater treatment plant.
