摘要:近年來,由于污水處理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提高、污水處理污泥的處理處置困難等原因,污水處理廠迫切需要進(jìn)行提標(biāo)改造。但由于受場地、投資等的限制,需要在污水廠現(xiàn)工藝基礎(chǔ)上增加三級處理工藝的提標(biāo)改造方案難以實(shí)施。因此,研究出水水質(zhì)更佳,剩余污泥產(chǎn)量更少的二級處理工藝,具有重要意義,是污水處理技術(shù)未來的發(fā)展方向。推流式固定載體生物與活性污泥耦合工藝,具有脫氮效果好、剩余污泥產(chǎn)量少等優(yōu)勢。本研究建立了規(guī)模為120m3/d的推流式固定載體生物與活性污泥耦合工藝中試試驗(yàn)裝置,利用污水廠進(jìn)廠污水進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),對該工藝的運(yùn)行效果進(jìn)行考察和驗(yàn)證。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:1.推流式固定載體生物與活性污泥耦合工藝出水效果良好,出水指標(biāo)中除SS外,其余均達(dá)到準(zhǔn)IV類水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn);2.與常規(guī)的A2/O工藝對比,推流式耦合工藝可減少約20.6%的剩余污泥排放。

Pilot-scale Research on Immobilized Carrier and Suspended Sludge Coupling Process

Abstract:Due to the ever-tightening emission standard and the difficulty of excess sludge treatment and disposal, many WWTPS need to carry out equipment upgrading and reconstruction. However, because of the site-specific & investment constraints, the upgrading schemes, which have additional land requirements and long production break downs, are difficult to carry out. Therefore, researches focusing on advanced pollutant removal, and excess sludge reduction within the secondary process, will be significant at this time. The Immobilized Carrier and Suspended Sludge Coupling Process has advantages of high nitrogen removal efficiency and low excess sludge yield. In order to verify the process performance with actual wastewater, a 120 m3/d pilot-scale system have been established. The test results showed that: 1. except for the SS index, the rest of the effluent index meet the preparative class IV surface water standards; 2. compare with the conventional A2/O process, the immobilized carrier and suspended sludge coupling process is able to reduce excess sludge discharge by about 20.6%.
